Kazakhstan has no role in AIFC court ruling against Gazprom - Kazakh official

ALMATY. May 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The court of the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC) is not part of Kazakhstan's judicial system and its rulings are extraterritorial, Kazakh Deputy Minister of Justice Daniel Vaisov said, commenting on an arbitral award in the commercial dispute between Russian energy giant Gazprom and Ukraine's Naftogaz.
