Kazakhstan tightens animal control law, shifts to no-return stray policy

ALMATY. May 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed legislation Tuesday toughening rules on responsible treatment of animals, his press service said.
