Kazakhstan parliament advances bill on administrative-territorial structure

ALMATY. May 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's parliament gave first-reading approval Friday to a draft constitutional law on the country's administrative-territorial structure during a joint session of the Senate and Mazhilis.
