MOSCOW. April 29 (Interfax) - The Victory Day parade on Moscow's Red Square will be held in a scaled-down format, without hardware, on May 9 this year to minimize the risks amid Kiev's terrorist threat, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
