Kazakh army creates units to field-test uniforms, gear in new supply system
ALMATY. April 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s military is overhauling how it supplies uniforms and equipment, putting soldiers themselves at the heart of the decision-making process, the Defense Ministry said Wednesday.
