ALMATY. March 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Central Asian leaders are expected to adopt a joint declaration on environmental cooperation and sustainable development at a regional summit in Astana in April, Kazakhstan’s Deputy Ecology and Natural Resources Minister Mansur Oshurbayev said Tuesday.
