Armenia open to Kazakhstan acquiring Russian rail concession - Pashinyan

ALMATY. March 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Armenia would not oppose Kazakhstan acquiring Russia's concession to operate Armenian railways, provided Moscow agrees to the transfer, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said Thursday.
