Kazakhstan sentences 17 for terrorism, extremism since January

ALMATY. March 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Seventeen people have been convicted in Kazakhstan on terrorism and extremism charges since the beginning of the year, the National Security Committee said Friday.
