Tokayev signs decree establishing Institute of Commissioner for Family Rights under President

ASTANA. March 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan)- Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a decree establishing the Institute of the Commissioner for Family Rights under the President. The text of the document, signed on March 16, was published on the president's website on Wednesday.
