Turnout in Kazakhstan constitutional referendum reaches 73.12% – preliminary CEC data

ASTANA. March 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Voter turnout in Kazakhstan’s referendum on a new Constitution reached 73.12%, according to preliminary data announced by Central Election Commission (CEC) Chairman Nurlan Abdirov on Monday.
