Tokayev: Kazakhstan to adopt March 15 as new Constitution Day

ALMATY. March 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced Monday that the country will now celebrate Constitution Day annually on March 15, the date of the referendum that approved the new fundamental law.
