Kazakh parliament ratifies disaster response agreement for Turkic states

ALMATY. March 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's Senate on Wednesday approved a law ratifying an agreement to establish a civil protection mechanism within the Organization of Turkic States, finalizing the legislative process.
