MOSCOW. March 2 (Interfax) - The eight OPEC+ states have made a decision to increase the oil production quotas by 206,000 barrels per day in April "in view of a steady global economic outlook and current healthy market fundamentals, as reflected in the low oil inventories," the OPEC said in a statement.
