BISHKEK. Feb 13 (Interfax) - Former Kyrgyz parliament speaker Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu has decided to resign, as he might have realized that he allowed the split in the parliament to occur, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov said on Friday.
