Kyrgyz president explains why security service chief is relieved of duties

BISHKEK. Feb 13 (Interfax) - The decision to relieve Kyrgyz National Security Committee head Kamchybek Tashiyev of his duties was made for the sake of tranquility in the country, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov said in an interview with the Kyrgyz news agency on Friday.
