Telegram remains in violation of Russian laws, restrictions on its operation in Russia to continue - service

MOSCOW. Feb 10 (Interfax) - Telegram messenger, restrictions on which began in Russia last August, remains in violation of Russian law, the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) said, adding that restrictions would continue for that reason.
