Tokayev credits Nazarbayev's Constitution for past achievements, cites need for update

ASTANA. Feb 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev acknowledged the pivotal role of the current Constitution in Kazakhstan’s achievements over the past three decades, crediting First President Nursultan Nazarbayev for its legacy.
