ASTANA. Dec 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Turkmenistan has not yet responded to the Kazakh side's inquiry regarding Astana's proposal to join the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) gas pipeline project with a 30% stake, stated the Republic's Energy Minister Yerlan Akkengenov.
