Putin hasn't ordered resumption of strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure - Peskov

MOSCOW. March 19 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has not issued an order to the Armed Forces to resume strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said, adding that Moscow continues to abide by the pause on such strikes.
