Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan sign border treaty
BISHKEK. March 13 (Interfax) - Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov and Tajik President Emomali Rahmon have signed a border treaty, an Interfax correspondent reported on Thursday.
