Kazakh President appoints new director of Foreign Intelligence Service

ASTANA. Sept 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Marat Zhumabayev as director of the Foreign Intelligence Service, the head of state's press service said.
