ASTANA. Feb 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Baikonur District Court no.2 in the city of Astana found guilty former chairman of the Public Consent Committee of the Social Development Ministry Kaisar Dzhanakhanov on Monday and fined him 141.663 million tenge for repeatedly receiving bribes while being in collusion with a group of persons pursuant to Kazakhstan's Criminal Code (378.73 tenge/ $1), the city court press office reported.
