Tokayev says work on Kazakhstan’s first nuclear plant should begin in 2027
ASTANA. Oct 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan should start building the Balkhash nuclear power plant, its first, next year and sign a cooperation agreement on a second plant, Moynkum, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
