MOSCOW. March 19 (Interfax) - The UK's Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) has issued a license for sanctioned Transneft to supply, purchase, transport, and/or deliver Kazakh oil from March 19 to March 18, 2028, the OFSI said.
