PERFORMANCE EVALUATION RENEWS THE RANKS OF FINANCIAL POLICE STAFF BY THIRD
Astana. August 7. Interfax-Kazakhstan - Nine senior staff officials of Kazakhstan's Financial Police has been recommended for dismissal after the second stage of performance evaluation.
"As a result of the interviews conducted by the Central Qualification Assessment Commission, 52 employees or 10.3% were found liable for promotion. 393 employees or 77.3% passed the qualification test and retained their jobs," said Financial Police spokesman Murat Zhumanbay at a press briefing in Astana on Tuesday.
"38 officers, who failed the qualification test, were lowered in rank, 16 transferred to other services and nine employees were dismissed," he added.
Overall, 508 officer took the qualification test.
"The performance evaluation led to the middle staff renewal of financial police regional divisions," said Zhumanbay.
He stressed that the next stage of the performance evaluation is set for August this year.
