KAZAKHSTAN TO DRAFT 2030' E-GOVERNMENT PROGRAM
Astana. July 10. Interfax-Kazakhstan - The Kazakh government until the end of the year will present a national program, "2030' Kazakhstan Information," to put E-government principles into practice.
"This strategic document is aimed at practical implementation of "electronic government" principles, adoption of E-government laws and setting standards for public electronic services," said Nursultan Nazarbayev in his the article published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda on Tuesday.
The President also wants to see in action an electronic system of performance evaluation of governors at all levels, local officials and local authorities."Local authorities should be under scrutiny of society!" he said.
