65% OF KAZAKHSTANI MANAGERS WILLING TO MOVE COUNTRIES FOR CAREER - SURVEY

Almaty. May 23. Interfax-Kazakhstan - More than half of Kazakhstani managers are ready to move abroad in pursuit of a more interesting job, suggests a survey done by the recruitment agency Antal Kazakhstan.

"65% of Kazakhstani managers are ready to leave the country to take up an interesting position abroad. A further 27% would consider such an opportunity. Only 8% of the respondents rule out the possibility of relocation," the agency said in a press release after questioning 600 middle and top level managers.

General Director of Antal Kazakhstan Natalia Kurkchi believes this is a positive trend.

"Free movement of labor is a big advantage. It is good that more and more people are starting to think of an international career," she said.

Antal Kazakhstan specializes in finding middle and top level managers for different industries. The agency is part of the FiveTen Group.
