65% OF KAZAKHSTANI MANAGERS WILLING TO MOVE COUNTRIES FOR CAREER - SURVEY Almaty. May 23. Interfax-Kazakhstan - More than half of Kazakhstani managers are ready to move abroad in pursuit of a more interesting job, suggests a survey done by the recruitment agency Antal Kazakhstan.
"65% of Kazakhstani managers are ready to leave the country to take up an interesting position abroad. A further 27% would consider such an opportunity. Only 8% of the respondents rule out the possibility of relocation," the agency said in a press release after questioning 600 middle and top level managers.
General Director of Antal Kazakhstan Natalia Kurkchi believes this is a positive trend.
"Free movement of labor is a big advantage. It is good that more and more people are starting to think of an international career," she said.
