MOSCOW. April 29 (Interfax) - The inspections on the ground parts of the Russian-Kazakh border are linked to tightened security measures taken by the Russian side following the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall on March 22 amid the persisting terrorism threat, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
