ASTANA. April 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The volume of water flowing from Orenburg, Russia, into the Zhaiyk River (Ural) in the West Kazakhstan region is decreasing; experts do not expect a sharp rise in the water level during the flood peak, the press service of the Kazakh government said in a Tuesday press release.
